The attainment of single-pointed concentration in meditation is the key to easily gaining all the spiritual realizations of the path to enlightenment. Unfortunately, our minds are currently easily distracted both in meditation and out. However, if we persist in training our mind to become single-pointed in meditation, we will be able to fulfill all of our spiritual goals. Learn how to train your mind to become focused and undistracted in meditation.

In his wisdom teachings, Buddha revealed the true nature of reality. He indicated that all phenomena lack inherent existence, meaning that all phenomena do not exist independently from the mind. Of all Buddha’s teachings none are more profound and transformative, in that they lead to everlasting peace and happiness. The most important result is that our personal attainment of lasting peace and happiness can then be taught unmistakably to others. Such wisdom is the best gift we could ever offer!
